OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The dog is fit, healthy & vaccinated up to date. Grooming of sick or elderly dogs is done so at owners' risk. If you dog's health causes concern to us while in our care, you agree to us seeking veterinary advice at your expense.
• The groomer will not be held liable or responsible for any underlying skin or health problems that grroming may expose.
• The groomer cannot be held responsible for the standard of the grooming or mishaps that may occur while grooming dogs with bahvioural problems.
• If your dog needs extra time spent on them due to de-matting or behaviour there will be an extra charge.
• If your dog's coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave off their coat due to the Animal Welfare Act. Before this can occur, owner must give permission and understand that there is an increased risk of accidentally nicking or scratching the dog's skin due to the challenge of navigating grooming tools through a matted coat.
• By signing our registration form you agree to your dog's photograph being taken and used on our social media sites / website. Customers will also agree to their contact details being stored to enable us to contact them by email, mail, telephone or text, for example in emergencies, booking reminders, special offers and collections.
• Any data we hold will not be provided to any other person or business except by law.
